NOU Credits Policy

1. Value & Conversion

NOU have a fixed value pegged to major fiat currencies. This rate is guaranteed for all standard top-up transactions.

2. Usage & Validity

• Ecosystem Exclusive: Credits are designed solely for use within the Nouverse Technologies ecosystem. They hold no external monetary value.
• Redeemable: Credits can be added to your balance by redeeming valid promotional codes or vouchers issued by Nouverse or its authorized partners.
• Universal: Credits can be used for any service within the Nouverse ecosystem (e.g., paying for hourly server usage in Nouverse Pod).
• Priority: When paying for services, "Bonus Credits" (if any) are consumed first before "Purchased Credits".
• Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Bonus/Promo credits may have an expiry date of 90 days.

3. Wallet Limits

To ensure security and compliance with financial regulations, we enforce a maximum wallet balance limit.

• Regular Users: Maximum 5,000 NOU (approx. Rp5,000,000 / $500).

4. Fees & Taxes

Top-up transactions are subject to third-party payment gateway fees and applicable taxes (VAT 11% for Indonesia).

Example: A top-up of 100 NOU (Rp100,000) will have VAT added to the final invoice amount.

5. Refund Policy

Credit purchases are refundable under strict conditions as outlined in our Refund Policy.

• Must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
• Usage must be less than 10% of the top-up amount.
• Bonus credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

6. Restrictions & Ownership

• No Transfer: NOU Credits are tied to the individual account that purchased them. There is no feature to transfer, gift, or sell credits to other accounts.
• No Withdrawal: Credits cannot be withdrawn or converted back to cash, except in the case of a valid refund request as per our policy.
• Fraud Protection: Nouverse reserves the right to cancel or freeze credit balances if they are found to be obtained through fraudulent means, technical exploits, or violations of our Terms of Service.
• Ownership: Credits represent a pre-payment for services and are not a deposit or investment product.
