Terms of Service

Welcome to Nouverse Technologies, operated by PT. Nouverse Teknologi Indonesia. By registering and using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Definition

Nouverse Technologies provides various technology services, including Managed Infrastructure & Support under specific product lines (e.g., Nouverse Pod at pod.nouverse.com). We provide server hardware rental, system installation, and technical maintenance for running various applications.

  • We are not sellers or creators of automation software. The software we may host is often community/open source versions, so rights and licenses are under the user's responsibility. Use of installed applications is subject to the licensing terms of each provider.
  • Our services are typically divided into packages (Lite, Growth, etc.) which are essentially managed computing resource rental packages (CPU/RAM).
  • Users act as owners and operators of application instances on rented servers. Nouverse Technologies only provides infrastructure and technical assistance services.

2. Service & Support

  • You are fully responsible for the security of your account credentials (email & password).
  • You agree to provide valid registration data (Email & active WhatsApp) for emergency communication or billing purposes.
  • Nouverse admins generally access your server/container only for technical maintenance, system updates, or if requested by you for support. We guarantee the confidentiality of your data and will not pry without permission.
  • Support Hours: Technical support is available during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09.00 - 17.00 WIB). Outside these hours, response may be slower (Best Effort).

3. Acceptable Use Policy

IMPORTANT:

This is the most important rule. Violation of this point will result in Unilateral Service Termination Without Refund.

You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from using Nouverse servers for:

  • Illegal Activities: Online Gambling, Pornography, Phishing, Scamming, Carding, or other cybercriminal activities.
  • Spamming: Sending unsolicited mass messages (WhatsApp/Email) that potentially cause Server IPs to be blocked.
  • Resource Abuse: Crypto Mining, running DDoS scripts, or activities that unreasonably burden the server CPU (outside Fair Usage limits). Example: Constant CPU usage of 100% for more than 30 minutes for non-critical processes will be considered abuse.
  • Bypassing: Attempting to hack or penetrate the isolation of other users' containers within the server.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Limitations

We strive to provide the best service with industrial-grade infrastructure. However, you understand that:

  • Target Uptime: We target service availability (Uptime) of 95% per month.
  • Power Guarantee: Our servers are supported by Industrial Grade UPS to minimize the impact of power outages.
  • SLA Exceptions (Force Majeure): We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for access disruptions caused by third parties beyond our control, including but not limited to total internet service provider disruptions (ISP/Fiber Optic cuts), natural disasters, or government access blocking.
  • Fraud Protection: Nouverse reserves the right to cancel or freeze credit balances if they are found to be obtained through fraudulent means, technical exploits, or violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Maintenance: We reserve the right to perform planned downtime for OS/Hardware security updates with at least 1x24 hours prior notice.

5. Payment & Credits

  • NOU Credits: Our platform operates on a centralized credit system (NOU). For full details on value, conversion, and usage, please refer to our Credits Policy.
  • Prepaid Services: All services are prepaid using NOU Credits. The active period for subscriptions is typically 30 days.
  • Top-up Fees: Top-up amounts are subject to third-party payment gateway fees, platform markup, and applicable taxes (VAT).
  • Refunds: Refund requests for credit top-ups are subject to our Refund Policy (7-day window, <10% usage limit).

6. Data & Backup

  • For specific managed services (like Lite), there may be no auto-backup feature. Users are REQUIRED to perform manual backups regularly. Data loss due to user negligence is not our responsibility.
  • For higher tier packages (like Growth), auto-backup features may be included. However, we still recommend users have local backup copies.
  • If you unsubscribe, all data in your container/account will be permanently deleted within 7 days after the active period ends for server efficiency.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nouverse Technologies provides tools and infrastructure. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for direct or indirect losses (including loss of business profits, data loss, or third-party claims) arising from:

  • Logic errors in workflows/automations you create yourself.
  • Third-party internet connection disruptions (ISP).
  • Unlawful use of services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be resolved through deliberation for consensus, or if not reached, through the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.

9. Closing

Nouverse Technologies reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time with notice through official channels. By continuing to use the service, you are deemed to agree to such changes.
