Refund Policy

At PT. Nouverse Teknologi Indonesia (Nouverse Technologies), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.

1. Agency Services

Refunds for consultancy and custom development services are processed based on project milestones as defined in the individual service agreement.

  • Initial Deposits: Generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Milestone Payments: Refundable only if the specific milestone deliverables are not met to the agreed specifications, subject to a review period.

2. NOU Credits (Top-up)

What is NOU Credits?
NOU Credits (NOU) is the unified utility credit system used across the entire Nouverse Technologies ecosystem. It simplifies payments for micro-transactions, server rentals, and managed services. For more details, please read our NOU Credits Policy.

Once purchased, credits are added to your balance for use across our services.

  • Refund Window: Refund requests for NOU Credits must be submitted within 7 days of the top-up transaction.
  • Usage Limit: Credits are non-refundable if more than 10% of the specific top-up amount has been consumed or used for services.
  • Service Fees: Please note that third-party payment gateway fees and taxes (VAT) incurred during the top-up are non-refundable.

3. Subscription & Managed Services

For services billed via credits or direct subscription:

  • Technical Failure: Full refunds are granted if a service is unusable due to a fatal technical failure on our side that cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or user-side configuration errors after credits have been deducted for a service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email contact@nouverse.tech with your Transaction ID and the reason for the request. Valid requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days.

Note:

Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., illegal activities) are not eligible for any refunds.
